[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] show inactive users in the GUI search

Distinguish between active and inactive users on the Find People page.

This is done by looping through the search list twice, once to display 
the active users and once to display the inactive users who will show 
with a silver background for now (in CSS so easily changed).

This addresses trac #11.
