[Freeipa-devel] setting up a local bind server for IPA

I seem to be plagued with a number of problems running from the tip
(mainline) after doing a new server install. I strongly suspect a number
of these problems are related to not having a reverse DNS mapping for my
test machine (it's currently dhcp configured).

So I was going to set up a local bind server with a tiny zone which just
had my test machine it it. I've heard a rumor many of you are running
your own dns servers, so I presume this is recommended if not necessary,
correct?

O.K. so I'm not a bind administrator, although I could figure this out
it's not the best use of my time. Do we have a HOWTO or set of bind
configuration files for this purpose so I can minimize the amount of
time spent on this diversion?

In the mean time I'm going to see if I can roll my own configuration
unless someone tells me this is not necessary or you've got a sample set
up you can share.
