I know this isn't related to the current patch but how does the
blacklist work? If two users initiate a password change from the same
machine at once, will one get rejected? What does a return of 0 give the
user?
The patch itself looks good, from what I can understand of it (the only
IPv6 work I've done has been in NSPR which handles this for you).
