[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] Fix build, rpmlint issues

This patch, based on one from Michael Gregg, fixes build issues with 
freeipa-python and also addresses some rpmlint problems (bad changelog, 
#!/usr/bin/python in non-executable scripts).
