[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] use forwarded tickets for auth - merged

Same basic changes as before but re-merged so it should apply cleanly now.

This fairly invasive patch enables LDAP SASL authentication using a 
forwarded kerberos ticket. It can also handle the existing proxied 
authentication method (so it won't break the GUI).

I also refactored the LDAP connection code to be simpler to call, and 
did a few other small bug fixes.
