[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] list xml-rpc methods

One of the things that XML-RPC clients are going to want to do is 
interrogate the server to find out what it can do. Some parts of that 
were broken. Should be fixed here.

Now one thing I may need to tweak is that all functions include the 
variable opts in it. This isn't actually sent by the client, it is 
appended in the server. I'll need to figure out how to not show that as 
an argument. Later.
