[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] tool to enable/disable the schema compat plugin

This patch also avoids enabling the plugin by default at install/upgrade
time. Interested admins will need to enable the plugin using this tool
on each server they want to have it working on.
It is not necessary to have it running on all servers, just the ones
that serve clients that need is.
