One can install the IPA client and admin tools onto a system but never
run ipa-client-install. While not a good idea we need to handle this
case. The problem starts with bogus values by default in
/etc/ipa/ipa.conf. We need to remove them.
This will end up causing a backtrace in the admin tools because we don't
handle that kind of exception. I've put in a default Exception printer
so we will never crap out like this.
Finally, I tried to improve the error message returned.
