[Freeipa-devel] logging thoughts

Currently the XML-RPC server only does logging if IPADebug is set to on 
in the Apache ipa.conf.

I'm considering making the default log level INFO in XML-RPC and log 
function entrances/exits with additional information if IPADebug is set.

Is this reasonable?
