[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] rework logging a bit

I've reworked the XML-RPC logging a bit so that INFO is the default 
logging level. It still logs to the Apache error log (will get fixed 
some time later).

IPADebug still enables "debug" mode and more verbose stuff may be logged.

Added a function entry point log for the core IPA functions.
