Description: winsync requires updated dna plugin to handle internal 
operations
Fix Description: Nathan already did most of the work, I just made some 
minor tweaks.  This allows the DNA plugin in IPA to handle internal 
operations such as those from WinSync.
Tested on: Fedora 9 with IPA WinSync
