[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] let ipa-replica-manage delete winsync replicas

There was no way to delete winsync replicas because this assumed that 
both sides could be contacted. In the case of winsync all of the work is 
done on the IPA side, there is no equivalent agreement to remove.
