nack.  The errors module is depreciated, uses the old non-i18n friendly
errors classes.  If cli.py is referencing exceptions in errors.py, they
should be changed to an equivalent exception in errors2.py (which we
will create if needed).

I'll try to clean the errors/errors2 mess up today.  It's been on my
todo list for a while, but I've been busy with UI work.
