[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] 185 fix small issue with RequiresRoot

Fix small import error on RequiresRoot and make a note to do more 
fine-grained access control in the future.

I think ultimately this will become something like LacksPermission(reason).

As Simo pointed out, doing this will require a thorough understanding of 
what we're reading/writing and why rather than the cover-all-bases 
approach of requiring root for everything. We just need to be careful 
that this doesn't encourable people to screw up their FS permissions 
just so they can write things.
