[Freeipa-devel] Licensing information on the wiki

A user on the #freeipa channel this morning noted that we do not list
the license we use for FreeIPA on the FreeIPA wiki (at least in any
obvious place). This seems like the sort of thing we really should have
visible.

According to the git source, FreeIPA 1.2.1 is licensed under GPLv2. This
should probably appear on the About page or possibly the FAQ.
