[Freeipa-devel] Some work on the base libraries for the client

I've put a tentative spec file (Matt Barnes gave the kickstart to it)
and resulting rpms built on my machine for a package called samba-base
that contains packages for the 4 libraries we use in the sssd client:
libtalloc
libtdb
libtevent
libldb

It is based on the current samba master git tree.
