[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] enum blackout period

I pushed the attached patch to have a blackout periods on enum requests.
By default enumerations of remote backends should not be enabled anyway,
but in case it is needed this blackout period will greatly improve
performances if multiple enumerations are requested within the blackout
period (currently hardcoded to 2 mins.)
