[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] Make Executioner.execute() work with params named 'name'

Rob discovered that Executioner.execute() would bomb out if the command
had a param name 'name' and the value was supplied via a kwarg.

This patch fixes the issue and also adds a test to confirm the fix.
