[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] sort the update files

Some of the update files need to be applied in a certain order. Up until 
now they were processed in whatever order the FS gave us the files.

Switching to an init-like format with a little breathing room for 
ordering the files.

Much of this diff is just git renaming the files.
