[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] tentative reworking of parse name and filters

While working on making it possible to have multiple domains that do not
require to use fully qualified names I found myself changing how we
parse names and how we could filter names.

This patch works here, although I am not 100% satisfied yet.
I will probably build more on top of it unless someone vehemently
disagrees with something in this patch.

Please look at how nss_parse_name works, and how permanent filtering
works right now.

If there are no strongly negative comments then we can push it and
eventually work on improving things, if necessary, later.
