As mentioned in this thread, we need to come up with a better way to
make this self-documented on the CLI (well, and on the UI), but this is
at least a start.

We need these Enums to be able to be defined with a list of (value,
description) pairs... which raises a question: do we want to translate
these descriptions?  My opinion is yes, at least when presented via the
Web UI, but probably when presented via the CLI also.
