Sumit, thank you. I didn't realize I had missed the dhash change, but
unfortunately that patch isn't sufficient (as it will still be building
the shared objects). I will modify my patch and include the complete fix.

I'm aware of the m4 issues, but I had opted to ignore them for the time
being, since they were in a 3rd-party library. If this fixes them,
however, then I'm perfectly willing to include them.

Once I send my updated patch, please re-submit these warning fixes as a
separate patch.
