This doesn't build because ipa_sam.c uses static functions from 
ipa-client/ipa-getkeytab.c (create_keys, create_key_control, 
free_keys_contents), and the KEYTAB_SET_OID define is named 
IPA_KEYTAB_SET_OID here.
