[Freeipa-devel] [PATCHES] 228-237 Confirmation of dialogs by keyboard, better password dialogs

This bunch of patches is 3.2 stuff. Patches 216 and 217 have higher 
priority. These patches are rebased upon my patch #216. I'm sending them 
now only to give more time for review.

These patches make Web UI's dialogs more consistent and enhances 
keyboard support for most of them.

They solve following tickets:
   * https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/3035 (confirmation by enter 
of other confirm dialogs)
   * https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/3200 [RFE] Confirmation by 
'Enter' is not supported in all confirmation dialogs
   * https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/2884 Improve notification 
and validation in password reset dialogs.
