I just pushed branch rbtdb.v3 to
https://github.com/spacekpe/bind-dyndb-ldap/tree/rbtdb.v3 .

This branch contains all my patches up to number 189:
- Persistent search was replaced by syncrepl (RFC 4533)
- Own database implementation (formerly known as 'cache') was replaced by
RBTDB implementation from BIND9.

There are some limitations (e.g. object renaming is not supported), but
generally this version should work in the same way as v3.5 does.
