kadmin.local still returns an error for me with this patch applied:

     kadmin.local:  modprinc +ok_as_delegate 
host/test.example.com at EXAMPLE.COM
     modify_principal: Kerberos database internal error while modifying 
"host/test.example.com at EXAMPLE.COM".
