[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH 0039] Rate-limit while loop in SystemdService.is_active()

Hello,

Rate-limit while loop in SystemdService.is_active().

Previously is_active() was frenetically calling systemctl is_active in
tight loop which in fact made the process slower.
