This error (and others of similar nature) should be fixed by the 
following commits:

7ff7b1f533cc10c44acf6020b545b253de1ad37b * move IPA-related http runtime 
directories to common subdirectory

5a741b614f39a148d849877e743200de5a7302db * explicitly destroy httpd 
service ccache file during httpinstance removal
