[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH 0415] Pylint: disable new pylint checks

Disable unwanted or false positive checks.

New checks cannot be disabled inline because pylint < 1.5 will report 
them as errors, thus must be disable globally until we decide to move 
completely to pytlint 1.5 (Fedora 25?)
