I agree. Maybe we should think about some wrapper that would call
topologysegment-del command before actually cleaning the services
etc., upon each `ipa-replica-manage del` rather than prohibiting the
usage of the command at all. <br>

is there a real replacement for "del", it is not in the scope of
the topology commands, the removal of teh agreement is rejected
and later done by the plugin, but what about removal of the host,
services, cleanruv ?<br>
