Greetings Red Hat Partners,

We are pleased to announce that, with the general availability (GA) of
Red Hat Certification 7.5, Red Hat is now offering hardware
certification for Red Hat Virtualization 4.2 and 4.3.

Red Hat Virtualization is built on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and
requires no additional certification testing beyond the virtualization
tests conducted during the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 certification
effort. As we recommend for all the products in our certified product
portfolio, we suggest that partners perform their own internal
qualification testing in addition to any Red Hat certification tests
in order to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Red Hat Virtualization hardware certifications appear as an additional
searchable entry in the Red Hat Ecosystem Catalog. These
certifications are available for Red Hat Virtualization 4.3 and 4.2
versions based on the corresponding Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.7 and
7.6 (and older), x86_64 and ppc64le system certifications.

A corresponding Red Hat Virtualization certification has been created
for all valid Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x server certifications
currently published in the catalog. Red Hat Virtualization
certification entries will be created automatically for any new RHEL
7.x server certifications and may also be manually created using the
redhat-certification tool.

To receive a Red Hat Virtualization certification publication, the
corresponding RHEL 7.x certification must be successfully completed
and published, and include credit for both the FV_CORE and FV_MEMORY
tests.

To opt-out of Red Hat Virtualization certification publication, simply
add a comment to the RHEL or RHV certification entry before it is
published stating you do not desire the RHV entry and the RHV entry
will be moved to the dustbin.

We value your ongoing participation in Red Hat certification, software
development, and testing efforts. Thank you for your continued
partnership. If you have any questions or comments, please do not
hesitate to contact your Red Hat Ecosystem Partner Management or Red
Hat Certification team member.

Regards,
The Red Hat Certification Team
