I have an AOC model CM-335 monitor with an S3 Trio64V+ chipset video card. I have "googled" like
crazy to get this thing working. I finally got X working, but the screen is "squshed" horizonally.
my config file looks like this:
[ws003]
XSERVER = auto
X_MOUSE_PROTOCOL = "Microsoft"
X_MOUSE_DEVICE = "/dev/ttyS0"
X_MOUSE_RESOLUTION = 400
X_MOUSE_BUTTONS = 2
X_MOUSE_EMULATE3BTN = Y
X_MODE_0 = 800x600
X_HORZSYNC = "30-38"
X_VERTREFRESH = "70"
X_COLOR_DEPTH = "16"
If this was a "modern" computer, I would just turn the nob on the monitor, but I do not have that
option here. I can manually set the H.Center, V.Size, Bright, and Contract -- But no H.Size.
Any idea what I can do?
