I've installed RedHat9 wensday, it looks niftier, as fast (or slow) as
Rh8, new versions for many packages, nothing really new.
I'm really fed up with these RedHat versions, 8.0/9 is very slow
compared to 7.2/7.3. so, a few hours ago I've erased RedHat and
installed on my test machine Debian (unstable), which is fast, niftier
and easy to manage.
Awfull speed, incomplete tools (comparing rpm with urpmi/apt-get), many
bugs, ingnorance of standards combined with the policy of dropping
support for older versions (for those who cannot afford a 2000$ redhat
package) made me move away from RedHat.
