Yes, Please do tell.  I too am experiencing this issue with Shrike on my
main home box.  It seems to occur randomly, as far as I can tell.
Running more than one shell session does seem to encourage it, oddly,
but otherwise, it just comes up with no warning.  Logging out and bck in
has been the fix I have been able to determine and apply.
