[K12OSN] winbind dies

Anyone have a clue why winbind might die several hours into the day?I auth to
dc2 which is rrebooted every night (after all it IS windows2000  8~). This
didn't bother anything until a week ago. Noq i seem to have to reboot every am
to get winbind working..and then it dies a couple hours later. I see nothing
informative either in /var/log/messgaes or the event log in w2000. Any help or
insults gratefully accepted. Chuck
