less /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases

Each client has an entry. Look at the last line for the MAC address.

Example:
lease 10.127.0.163 {
  starts 5 2003/03/21 00:07:08;
  ends 5 2003/03/21 06:07:08;
  tstp 5 2003/03/21 06:07:08;
  binding state free;
  hardware ethernet 00:d0:b7:bc:1f:c9;
}
