[K12OSN] ***SPAM*** 3.1.2, Mozilla & file permissions.

Hi!

I found, my Mozilla behaves strangely.

Directory permissions are drwxrwsr-x

If I do "touch zyx.jpg", i get fike with rw-rw-r-- permissions.
If I download some jpg files with mozilla, I get different permissions.
Usually rw-r----
>From passwd protected https site using javascript, I get even rw-------.

How can I download files with normal, rw-rw-r-- permission?
