If you're not keen on compiling Clamav from source, I'll be happy to point you to rpms which I created from clamav-0.65. I don't know the best way (i.e., best practices) to auto-configure sendmail after installing clamav, so there are a couple of lines which must be added to sendmail after installing the RPM.
I guess that I'll figure that out before "my" next point release.
