[K12OSN] smp compiling

Hi Steve,
The default linux system already comes with support for multiple
processors i.e. kernel 4.1.1smp (symetrical multi-processing) ! I've
been running dual cpu K12ltsp since version 3.0.1
As for smb (samba) it doesn't care how many cpu are running.
