FC3 ships with a 2.6.x kernel. Win4Lin usually supplies its own kernel,
which
is added to the boot loader menu so you can choose. Looking at Netraverse's
website, I don't see any reference to them supporting a 2.6 kernel. The
page
you point to is for building your own Win4Lin kernel, in case you have a
customized kernel and you want to add support for Win4Lin to it. You might
be
able to do just that using those instructions, but I would start by emailing
or
calling Netraverse and asking them if Win4Lin will run on FC3/kernel 2.6.
