OK- I found the ltsp_utils and just forced the rpm update. yum update is
working now.
I'll go to bed and check in the morning.

Hi Jim and Eric,
I didn't answer Eric's question about the ram either. This is an hp t5515.
It has 64 megs ram with a 32 meg flash hd.
No, I could'nt get the ltspswapd running. I tried:
[root at christiansens ~]# /sbin/service ltspswapd start -- and got --
ltspswapd: unrecognized service
Also, a yum update comes back with the following error. I figured that
maybe the ltspswapd may be in one of the updates but I can't get them
because of this following error!! :-(

Jim,
How much ram do you have in that workstation.
Also, did you get ltspswapd running?
