I can do that too, but I don't think I can ask the average user to weed

On second thought, I don't think I want students having any of my

I am in the process of setting up the novell authentication
now for a test network. I am not sure that authentication
with a Netware 4 box will work, you may need to upgrade to 6
or 6.5. The howto's that have been posted here have been
very helpful and all in all it has been pretty easy. The
only problem I have right now is mounting user directories.

Subject: [K12OSN] Netware Authentication
We recently added 94 thin clients on 2 linux boxes to our new
school and
it's been one of the best decisions we've made, IMHO.
We have a Netware 4.11 server that currently only uses IPX.
I've been watching and reading about the netware
authentication and it's
exciting. We need to get that done over the summer.
So my question is how. Does anyone have any ideas on how
best to get our LInux boxes to authenticate to the Netware
server? I am not so sure
that by then, Novell will have put out a Linux client that
will work well, but ...
