desktops so that we sit the printers on them , as network print servers.
The advantage is uniform speed of printing from all thinclients , and doesn't
depend on a particular thinclient running. You run up to 3 parrallel printers
per server . We haven't tried serial , but i'm sure it's the same

There's lots of information available on how to hook up the printers,
but the short answer is, yes, you can hook the printers to the thin
clients in various classrooms, and the thin client acts as a
"jetdirect" for the printer, making each accessible to any
workstation. If that was what your question was!
