Yes it does, and I can configure it, that is actually how I got the error out of it and found the switch is rebooting itself with a transmissions error. I googled for the default IP to see if that is problem, I will check on Monday about a firmware update as well. The switch is checking for spanning tree redundant links or circular paths. thus by the time the switch is done its checking, the dhcp has given up and quit.
