expert on CIPA, but as I understand you have to use your best efforts to block
or filter and visual depictions that are “harmful to minors.” This
includes pornography, of course, among other things. So if you offer an
unfiltered email system to your students and they are all well behaved
individuals, then I doubt you will ever have any problems with CIPA or
receiving E-rate funding (if that’s why you ask).<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

interpreting CIPA. I don't believe that you would have to filter content
in email, just like you don't filter content in web-based email
