Multi-version boot CD possible?

Is it even possible to have a boot CD that will allow
network kickstarts for multiple versions?

It get really tired of having to generate new boot
cd's for the admins everything we get a new update
version from redhat.

It would be nice if one version could be used to kick
off installs for say both Update 2 and Update 3 etc.

I always get the "install tree does not seem to match
your boot media" error when I try do attempt it in
various ways.

Anyone gotten around this limitation?
