I took the first stab at trying to organizing some of the issues
relating to Anaconda and Network issues that I have seen on the list.

I thought at this point I'd do a "release early and release often" page.
There are some areas of the discussion where I do not have a network
environment to make sure the information is correct.  I was afraid of
revising the email exchange into non-sense.  :-(
