kssendmac flipping eth port ID?

why is it that the kssendmac argument sends a flipped ethX address ?


key=HTTP_X_RHN_PROVISIONING_MAC_0 value=eth1 00:17:A4:8E:E2:41
key=HTTP_X_RHN_PROVISIONING_MAC_1 value=eth0 00:17:A4:8E:E2:42

is this a bug or feature?
