[kontinuity-dev-public] OpenShift Template: Does it know the Host Binding?

So I have a parameter in my Catapult template file:

            "name": "CATAPULT_OPENSHIFT_CONSOLE_URL",
            "description": "The base URL of the OpenShift Console",
            "displayName": "OpenShift Console URL",
            "required": true,
            "value": "https://10.1.2.20:8443/console"
        }

Is there a way I can default the value to something like
https://${HOST_BIND_IP}/console
?  Couldn't find a reference for built-in envvars available to the template.
