Hi Joe,

Thanks for your reply.
Our kernel is based on 4.14, with many customizations.
We intend to use kpatch.ko,  rather than kernel live patch.
Sorry for the misformatting. I thought the patch should be discussed
here before making a PR.
We are reformatting the patch and will be pulling request in a few days.
